A small fire in downtown Kitchener left some condo residents standing out in the cold, Thursday morning.
It happened around 3 a.m. at the Eaton's Lofts on the corner of King at Water Street.
The building's sprinkler system took care of the flames. No cause yet on the fire, but it left behind $10,000 in damage.
Around two dozen people were let back into the building half an hour later.
