Twenty-six motorcycles hit the road in Waterloo on Saturday to support Cystic Fibrosis Canada.

The fundraiser is called Ride for the Breath of Life and is a cause many of the riders feel personally connected to.

“Last year I had a very dear friend pass away from Cystic Fibrosis. But prior to her passing, she had wanted to give back to my organization, so she started this ride last year. She passed away six months after the event and we kept it going this year as well,” says Sue House, Chapter Coordinator for Cystic Fibrosis Canada.

Money raised from the event will support Cystic Fibrosis research, clinical care and advocacy.
