Police are on the hunt for a robbery suspect after he allegedly walked right through the front door of a Cambridge home Thursday night, pointed what appeared to be a gun at a man, and demanded money.
The victim, who lives on Sekura Crescent near Cambridge Memorial Hospital, told the suspect he didn’t have any money. The suspect then left.
Not long after, police were told about a man with a gun who was seen in the area of Glen Road and Winter Avenue.
Police brought in a canine unit in an attempt to track down the suspect, but could not locate him.
The suspect is described as white, between 20 and 25 years old, 150 to 160 pounds with a medium build.
Police say he was wearing a hoodie, a ball cap, and a bandana over the lower part of his face – all black in colour.
