Waterloo Regional Police are asking the public to help identify a man allegedly seen committing an indecent act near the cenotaph on King Street in Cambridge.
Several people witnessed the man perform the act around 2 p.m. Wednesday, police say.
The man is described as being in his 60s with a thin build, and was seen wearing a green hat and a grey shirt.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
