A 77-year-old man is facing criminal charges after allegedly performing an indecent act in a fast food restaurant in Caledonia.
Haldimand County OPP say they were called to the Argyle Street South restaurant shortly after 5 p.m. Saturday by a concerned resident.
What they found at the restaurant was enough for them to place the man under arrest.
A Haldimand County resident is charged with two counts of indecent exposure to a person under the age of 16 and one count of performing an indecent act.
