A barn near Dorking, east of Listowel, was destroyed by fire Tuesday afternoon.
Fire crews from Drayton, Moorefield, Palmerston and Milverton were called to the site – on Wellington Road 10 east of Line 86 – around 1:15 p.m.
They quickly moved to douse nearby fuel tanks and protect them from the flames.
As of 6 p.m., firefighters remained on-scene to watch for and deal with flare-ups.
Approximately 110 veal calves were killed in the fire.
Information on a damage estimate and the cause of the fire was not immediately available.
No humans were injured.
