An 18-year-old woman reported being touched inappropriately by an unknown man while riding Grand River Transit.
Police say the incident occurred near the Boardwalk shopping plaza around 2 p.m. Monday.
The man is described as South Asian, between 30-40 years old with dark short curly hair. The man was wearing blue jeans, a white T-shirt and a black jacket.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Waterloo Regional Police or Crime Stoppers.
