Three men are now charged with first-degree murder following Wednesday’s shooting in Six Nations.
Nineteen-year-old Dwight Walton, 24-year-old Kenneth Appleton and 56-year-old Irvin Maracle all appeared Thursday in Brantford court.
In court, Appleton was clad in a black hoodie while the other two men wore white jumpsuits.
Maracle and Walton are father and son.

A five-kilometre stretch of Chiefswood Road south of Ohsweken was closed for several hours Wednesday as police searched for the three men.
They are believed to be behind the shooting that killed 16-year-old Ashton VanEvery.
VanEvery attended Brantford Collegiate Institute, where friends say he was known for his outgoing nature and sense of humour.

A second victim was taken to hospital after being shot in the chest, and remained in critical condition as of Thursday afternoon. A third victim was treated at the scene.
Police say the victims contacted them from a house on First Line, after being shot in a vehicle travelling on Chiefswood.
Investigators believe the attack was retaliation for an incident which occurred hours earlier.
The three men charged remain in custody, with their next court appearances scheduled for June 8.
