Subway Line, east of Woodstock, will remain closed until late Friday.
A recycling truck crashed into a rail bridge along Subway Line, between Highway 2 and Towerline Road, Thursday morning.
The extent of the damage was not immediately known, but a support beam on the bridge was twisted.
Oxford County OPP say repairs need to be made to the bridge before the road can be reopened.
The driver of the truck, 33-year-old Ryan Tigchelaar, has been charged with disobeying asign.
There were no injuries reported.
CN Rail is diverting trains in the area onto other lines.
