A man on a bicycle exposed himself to a pedestrian on a trail in St. Jacobs, Waterloo Regional Police report.
According to police, a woman was walking on the Mill Run Trail – near Front and Isabella streets – around 10 a.m. Tuesday when she was approached by a stranger riding a bicycle.
The stranger allegedly exposed himself, after which the woman left the area and called police.
Police describe the man as white with tanned skin, 5’3” and likely in his late 50s or early 60s.
They say he was riding an older-model bicycle with saddlebags on its back.
