Provincial police say one person is dead and five others have been taken to hospital following a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 402 in London Monday.
The four sent to hospital all suffered non-life threatening injuries.
OPP say the collision involved two tractor-trailers and two motor vehicles which all were travelling eastbound on the highway.
The victim has been identified as 34-year-old Johnathan Wright of London.
The eastbound lanes of the highway were closed for several hours.
