Authorities say they don’t anticipate laying any charges in connection with the death of a construction worker in uptown Waterloo.

An 18-year-old man fell to his death Monday afternoon from near the top of a 23-storey building at the Barrel Yards development.

The man’s name is not being released by police or the Ministry of Labour, and foul play has been ruled out.

A Ministry of Labour spokesperson says the investigation into the incident is nearing an end.
