Seven months after he was ordered to pay his former landlord for damage done to a Kitchener home, Jeremy Bieber has yet to do so.

Court documents show that Bieber – the father of pop star and Stratford native Justin Bieber – rented a home in Kitchener’s south end from September 2011 until February 2013.

The landlord says that when they first checked out the property after Bieber moved out, they found damage to the yard, walls coloured on with marker and crayon, and carpets stained with dog urine and feces.

A toilet also had to be replaced, allegedly because a pink hairbrush had been flushed down it.

The landlord sought $13,000 in damage for what was done to the house and lost rental income during the two months spent cleaning it up.

In April, a judge sided with the landlord, ordering Bieber to pay the damages with interest.

That payment has never been made, and appears to have been turned over to a collection agency.

The landlord declined to comment on this story.

Court documents show that Bieber had never responded to communication from the landlord prior to April’s order, and wasn’t represented in court on that day.
