Jury selection is set to begin Jan. 18 in the murder trial for two men accused of killing a Hamilton man who disappeared after going on a test drive of the truck he was trying to sell online.

Mark Smich and Dellen Millard are both charged with first degree murder in the death of Tim Bosma.

His burned remains were found on a Waterloo-area farm owned by Millard after he disappeared in May of 2013.

The two accused are going straight to trial after the Crown decided to proceed by direct indictment -- skipping a preliminary hearing.
