Damage is extensive following a suspicious fire at a house in Guelph’s east end.

Emergency crews were called to the home on Glenholme Drive – a small street near Watson and Stone roads – around 8:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Two people found at the property were taken to hospital, one of them with possible symptoms of smoke inhalation.

The fire is believed to have started in the home’s kitchen.
