Breslau man arrested after three people assaulted at Guelph bar
Guelph Police have charged a man after three people were assaulted at a bar in Guelph earlier this month.
Police said two males were involved in an altercation inside the bar on Woodlawn Road during the early morning hours of Dec. 7.
Investigators said one of the males was punched in the face. While a security employee was trying to remove one of the males, he was also punched in the face by another male.
A second security guard tried to restrain the male and was bitten on the arm.
When police arrived a 29-year-old Cambridge man and 29-year-old Toronto man were arrested on assault charges.
Investigators said a third suspect assaulted the original victim and one of the employees but he took off before police arrived.
On Tuesday, police said a 29-year-old Breslau man went to the police station and was charged with two counts of assault.
