Police in Kyle, Texas have arrested and charged a 22-year-old man in connection with a fatal crash that killed four Kitchener residents, including a 16 month old baby.
According to Kyle Police Chief Jeff Barnett, officers served Wilson Rene Molinares with four arrest warrants for manslaughter.
Barnett said that they were unable to arrest him sooner because of Molinares’ medical condition.
Bail was set at $250,000 for each charge, totalling $1 Million dollars.
