Waterloo Regional Police are investigating yet another robbery at a convenience store in Kitchener.
The Little Short Stop at King Street East and Fairway Road was robbed at knifepoint around 5:20 p.m. Monday.
According to police, a man entered the store, waited for other customers to leave, walked up to the counter, pulled out a knife and demanded cash and cigarettes.
After that, the man left and headed for a nearby residential neighbourhood.
Police say he was white and about 5’5” tall, and wearing a camouflage baseball cap, a brown sweater with the word ‘Enyce’ across the front, and jeans.
Monday’s robbery marks 10 to be reported to police from convenience stores in Kitchener since Sept. 5.
