The Fergus Thistles have extended their playoff series with the Six Nations Warriors after a 14-12 victory at home on Monday night. Fergus scored 8 unanswered goals after falling behind 3-0 early in the game and they force Game 4 back in Six Nations on Wednesday night.
The Warriors still lead the best of five series two games to one.
Ryan Bauml and Jamie Hoelscher led the way offensively for the Thistles in Game 3 with both players recording a hat trick. Fergus is looking to comeback from a two nothing deficit for the second series in a row. They rallied to beat Oakville in the second round of the Junior C lacrosse playoffs.
