Two people face charges in connection with the shooting of a migrant farm worker south of Tillsonburg.

Grimsby resident Rudoplh Dietl, 29, and 27-year-old Norfolk County resident Bryon James Sinnesael are each charged with careless use of a firearm in connection with Saturday’s shooting.

According to OPP, the 52-year-old farm worker was struck by a stray bullet as the pair were among a group conducting target practice with rifles.

The worker was taken to hospital with injuries said not to be life-threatening.
