Waterloo Regional police are investigating after a Kitchener convenience store was robbed at knife-point.

Shortly before 10 p.m. Monday, two men walked into a variety store on Highland Road.  The two approached the teller demanding money and lottery tickets.  One of the suspects was brandishing a knife.

Police say the robbers got away with an undetermined amount of money and lottery tickets.

A canine unit was brought in from Guelph.  The men were not located but the knife and some of the lottery tickets were recovered.

The suspects are described as white males, wearing dark clothing and blue bandanas covering their faces.
