Police are investigating reports of gun shots fired in a Kitchener neighbourhood.
Residents say they heard loud bangs in the area of Sydney Street South and Lilac Street around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Some heard as many as six gun shots.
Police say no one was hurt and they’re still investigating the source of the noise.
“We’re still trying to determine whether the shots came from an actual gun or potentially a pellet gun or an airsoft gun,” said Constable Andre Johnson.
A man was seen leaving the area on a bicycle.
Police have not provided any further description of the man.
