Nearly 14 months after he was charged with first-degree murder, 71-year-old Boris Panovski of Toronto has been committed to stand trial in Goderich Superior Court.
Seventy-year-old Don Frigo was shot north of Clinton while out horseback riding with his partner Eva Willer, who was wounded by the gunfire.
Panovski was arrested a week later on a Canada-wide warrant at Pearson International Airport.
He is charged with first-degree murder and attempted murder.
