Police in southwestern Ontario are looking for witnesses in the death of a cyclist in London early Saturday morning.

London police say a 33-year-old man died around 3 a.m. while he was riding his bike on Dundas Street near the Argyle Mall in the city's east end.

The man was found lying unresponsive on the road with his broken red bicycle close by.

Police are investigating the death as a possible hit-and-run.

The man's name has not been released.
