Seemingly everywhere you turn at the supermarket, the cost of food is increasing.
According to the University of Guelph's Food Institute, food inflation cost the average Canadian household $325 in 2015, and will likely top that number this year.
With that in mind, any sort of escape from high grocery prices could feel like a relief.
CTV's Tyler Calver is taking a look at what you can do to lower your weekly grocery bills.
He's talking to price-matchers and coupon clippers about what you can do before heading to the store, and other experts about what to do once you're there.
