OPP have laid charges in a fatal two-vehicle crash near Tillsonburg.
A Pontiac minivan and Toyota pickup truck collided head-on Saturday evening on Highway 19, near Carson Line just south of the town/
The driver of the van was pronounced dead at the scene.
She has since been identified as Maria Reddecopp, a 54-year-old Bayham woman.
An 18-year-old female passenger in her vehicle remains in a London hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the pickup truck, a 26-year-old Tillsonburg man, was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
