Pearle Hospitality is hosting an open house to update the community about the progress of the Elora Mill. .
The development group will be sharing concepts and new drawings at the Elora Community Centre between 6:30 and 8:30 March 2, 2016.
The Elora Mill was closed over five years ago.
Originally a grist mill, the property long stood as a hotel and spa. It was also home to a fine dining restaurant.
Pearle Hospitality purchased the mill in 2010.
They had planned on developing it extensively into condominiums, a banquet space and wedding facilities.
A proposed heritage permit for the building forced the group to delay plans.
They expect to re-open the mill by May, 2017.
