A 33-year-old man is dead after being struck by a train.
Guelph Police say the man was hit by a westbound GO train around 6:30 p.m. Thursday, along the tracks south of Paisley Street, between Silvercreek Parkway and Alma Street.
The Guelph resident was pronounced dead at the scene.
A post-mortem examination is expected to take place Friday in Hamilton.
