If you’re going to court, you should make sure not to have any illegal substances in your possession.

That’s the lesson a Guelph woman learned Tuesday after allegedly being caught with drugs at the Wyndham Street courthouse.

According to Guelph Police, crystal meth was found in one of her bags as she entered a courtroom.

For security reasons, courthouse personnel search all bags before they are taken into courtrooms.

A 39-year-old woman is charged with drug possession and breach of probation.
