A weekend methamphetamine seizure in Hanover is believed to be the largest in Grey-Bruce in 10 years.
Four people are facing charges in connection with the seizure, which was the result of police executing search warrants on Saturday at two homes in the town – one on 10th Street and one on 11th Avenue.
According to Hanover Police, about 515 grams of methamphetamine were found inside the homes, as well as small amounts of other drugs.
Police estimate the value of the drugs at $51,000 and say they also seized $2,885 in cash, as well as drug paraphernalia.
A 44-year-old man, a 40-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman, all from Hanover, are charged with drug and weapon possession offences.
Police are still searching for a 30-year-old woman of no fixed address on similar charges.
