A Scarborough woman has been charged following a crash in Puslinch that claimed the life of a Cambridge woman.
On July 16, 2015, 27-year-old Katelyn Lindsay died in a head-on crash on Wellington Road 35 in Puslinch Township.
The driver of the other vehicle, 24-year-old Harvy Panchal of Scarborough, has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death. She is scheduled to appear in a Guelph court in September.
