2 people suffer life-threatening injuries in head-on crash
A pickup truck and SUV collided head-on near the community of Glen Meyer, sending both drivers to hospital with life-threatening injuries. (Norfolk County OPP)

Two drivers were airlifted to hospital following a serious head-on crash south of Tillsonburg Thursday morning.
The crash, which involved an SUV and a pickup truck, occurred around 7:30 a.m. on Norfolk County Road 23 near the community of Glen Meyer.
According to Norfolk County OPP, the southbound SUV ended up in the northbound lane of the road, where it collided with the northbound truck.
Both drivers ended up in hospital with injuries described as life-threatening.
Police say the driver of the SUV is a 19-year-old man, while the truck was being driven by a 52-year-old man. Both men are from Norfolk County.
The collision remains under investigation. Norfolk County Road 23 was expected to remain closed in the area until late Thursday afternoon.
