Police in the community of Saugeen Shores are looking for a missing Toronto man believed to be somewhere in that part of the province.
They say Peter James Armstrong, also known as Jim Armstrong, arrived in Southampton last Saturday to visit a relative.
He was last seen Wednesday night.
Investigators have received a tip that he boarded a bus Thursday morning in Port Elgin, bound for Walkerton. That information has not been confirmed, police said Friday.
Police describe Armstrong as being 5’9” tall, weighing 160 pounds, and having red, curly hair and blue eyes.
When he was last seen, he was wearing green pyjama pants, no other clothes, and no footwear.
Police say he has a mental health disorder, suffers from epilepsy and wears a medical brace on his right hand.
