Police searching for missing 13-year-old last seen in Uptown Waterloo last week

Waterloo Regional Police are looking for a teen missing since late last week.
Police said 13-year-old Yaser was last seen in uptown Waterloo on Dec. 12.
He is described as 5’1” with a thin build.
Police said they are concerned for Yaser’s wellbeing.
