Nancy co-anchors CTV News at Noon weekdays, keeping viewers up to date on the latest local, national and international news. The newscast features daily live interview segments with local personalities and newsmakers, including cooking demonstrations with chefs and food experts, gardening tips, grilling tips, fashion shows and helpful advice for pet owners.

Nancy also covers the local entertainment scene as producer and host of "The Beat", weeknights on CTV News at Six.

She co-hosts the new half hour local entertainment show "The Beat", airing Saturdays at 6:30 pm. The show puts the spotlight on the area's vibrant cultural scene, giving viewers a look ahead at upcoming events, helping people plan their social calendar.

Every fall, Nancy helps kick off Kitchener Waterloo's annual Oktoberfest celebration by hosting the opening ceremonies and the national broadcast of the Oktoberfest Thanksgiving Day parade.

Nancy first joined CTV in 1988 as a student intern, while she was enrolled in the Co-operative Education Program at the University of Waterloo. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from UW and stayed with CTV writing for various newscasts, eventually becoming a reporter and announcer.
