Drivers and pedestrians are being asked to stay out of a south Woodstock neighbourhood following a Friday house fire.
The fire broke out late Friday afternoon at 598 Alberta Avenue, and firefighters remained on scene as of 6:30 p.m.
Officials tell CTV News that two people who were in the building were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Smoke was seen billowing from the house and high into the air.
Several roads in the area were closed to make it easier for firefighters to battle the flames.
Information on the cause of the fire and the extent of damage to the house were not immediately available.
