Guelph General Hospital welcomed its first baby in 2025 on Jan. 1.
Baby Emilia was born at 12:52 a.m. weighing 7 Ibs. 5 oz.
This is the first baby for parents Jay and Holly MacCallum, who live in Guelph.
Last year, Guelph General Hospital delivered more than 1,650 babies.
