A stretch of Arthur Street North in Woolwich remains closed due to a crash.

In a social media post at 4:59 p.m. Thursday, Waterloo regional police said it was shut down between Cedar Spring Road and Sideroad 5.

In an email, Const. Melissa Quarrie said it "looks like two involved parties are being transported to hospital with injuries.”

There has been no update on the extent of their injuries and it’s unclear when the road will reopen.
