A Brantford Police officer is charged with impaired driving causing bodily harm following an incident in Hamilton.
Brantford Police have released few details about the case, but say Const. Ryan Grant is accused in connection with an incident that occurred early Monday morning.
In addition to the criminal investigation, Brantford Police say they’ve launched their own internal investigation to determine whether Grant should be disciplined under the Police Services Act.
Grant – who was off-duty at the time of the incident – has been with the organization for less than two years, according to a police press release.
