A 28-year-old man is facing multiple charges after allegedly stealing a taxicab at syringe-point.
The City Cabs taxi was stolen last week after a passenger was driven to the area of Weber Street East and Wilfred Avenue in Kitchener.
Waterloo Regional Police found the vehicle one day later on Patricia Avenue.
A 28-year-old Kitchener man was arrested Saturday in relation to the incident.
He was charged with robbery, possession of stolen property, dangerous weapons, assault with a weapon, dangerous operation of a vehicle and driving while suspended.
