‘Misadventure’, not an accident or a criminal matter, is what caused an injured man to end up on the shoulder of Highway 7, police say.
The man, 38, was found on the northbound side of the road just south of Shantz Station Road around 9 p.m. Sunday.
He was taken to Guelph General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the man lept from a moving vehicle during an argument.
Highway 7 was briefly closed between Shantz Station and Fountain Street Sunday night as police investigated the incident.
