Wellington Ontario Provincial Police have released the name of the young woman killed after she was hit by a tractor trailer.
18-year-old Olivia Sinclair was killed on Thursday afternoon on Wellington Rd 6, just outside Minto.
In an obituary, her family and friends say they will never forget her ability to light up a room with her presence.
