GUELPH -- A fire at a townhouse in Guelph is under investigation.
It happened early Tuesday morning on Auden Road.
Officials say smoke could be seen coming from the back of the second story.
Residents were able to get out safely and no one was hurt.
The cause of the fire is still undetermined.
