Deliberations continue at the Nadia Gehl murder trial in Hamilton.

Jurors received the case at 3:25 pm. Although the three accused are charged with the same crime, the judge said separate verdicts must be reached for Ron Cyr, Nashat Qahwash and Dennis Zvolensky.

The crown alleges Cyr, Gehl's husband, planned his wife's murder by enlisting Qahwash and Zvolensky to carry it out.

All three deny any involvement in the murder of Nadia Gehl, and accuse each other of the crime. Both Qahwash and Zvolensky say they thought the weapon used to shoot Gehl was going to be used for future robberies and not murder.

The judge said jurors could find Qahwash and Zvolensky guilty of murder, guilty of manslaughter, or not guilty.

For Cyr, the choices are guilty or not guilty of murder.
