Perth County OPP say a female youth from Harriston has been charged with careless driving in connection with a fatal crash last month.
On March 20, 17-year-old Lyndal Huber of Wellesley was killed after the car he was driving went out of control on Line 92, southeast of Palmerston.
The vehicle entered the ditch and struck a utility pole. The two 15-year-old male passengers, including Huber's brother, were not injured.
The youth is scheduled to appear in court in Stratford on May 10.
