One of two St. Clements men accused of fatally stabbing an Oakville man in Kitchener has been granted bail.

In October, Anton Radisic was allegedly stabbed during an altercation with Stephen and Martin McNaney on Harold Avenue.

Radisic attempted to drive himself to hospital, but hit a curb on King Street and rolled his vehicle over.

He was taken to hospital by ambulance and died of injuries received in the stabbing.

The McNaneys, a father and son, were charged with second-degree murder.

Appearing Thursday in a Kitchener court, 18-year-old Martin McNaney was released from custody on $65,000 bail.

He has been ordered to stay with his grandparents on a 24-hour curfew.

His 44-year-old father remains behind bars.
