Brantford police have arrested a suspect for three armed robberies.
Police say on January 9, 2014 a man robbed a variety store armed with a handgun. The man stole cash and ran off. On June 5, 2014 police say the same man robbed a convenience store, again armed with a handgun. The third robbery was at a gas bar on December 27, 2014.
Brantford police have arrested 28-year-old Dionte Brown from the United States.
Brown is facing multiple charges including three counts of robbery, three charges of possession of a firearm, three charges of using a firearm in an offence, possession of a controlled substance and proceeds obtained by crime.
