A New Hamburg woman was airlifted to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a three-vehicle crash near Listowel.
The crash happened shortly after 12:30 p.m. Thursday on Line 86, about 8 kilometres east of Listowel.
Perth County OPP say a blue minivan was travelling eastbound on Line 86 when it crossed over the centre line, moving into the path of a westbound concrete truck.
The two collided, with a westbound Dodge Caravan also colliding with the concrete truck.
The driver and lone occupant of the minivan, a 79-year-old woman, was taken by air ambulance to a London hospital.
The drivers of the concrete truck and Dodge Caravan were not injured. There were no passengers in either vehicle.
OPP continue to investigate the crash.
