Police are still investigating a chain-reaction collision which sent one person to hospital and closed Highway 24 north of Brantford for more than an hour.
The crash occurred around 3:45 p.m. Monday, near the highway’s intersection with Howell Road.
According to Brant County OPP, it occurred when a northbound vehicle stopped to turn into a driveway.
Several vehicles had to stop quickly behind the turning vehicle, and five of them ended up crashing into each other.
One driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police say they want to hear from anyone who witnessed the crash and hasn’t already spoken to investigators.
