Waterloo Regional Police are looking for two suspects after a man was robbed of his coat, shoes and backpack.

The incident happened around 6:45 a.m. at the corner of Stanley Street and Bridge Street East in Kitchener.

Police say two male suspects approached a 25-year-old man and ordered him to remove his coat, shoes and backpack.

The victim was then reportedly kicked and punched in the stomach before the suspects fled on foot with the items.

The first suspect is described as a black male, 20-25 years old, 6'0", about 200 lbs and wearing a black puffy coat with white or grey pinstripes.

The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 20-25 years old, 5'8", about 160 lbs, with a handlebar moustache and wearing a blue plaid coat and a blue or black bandana on his head.
